To contact Darlean Support: 1. On the Darlean home page, click the question mark icon in the upper-left corner. 2. Select "Contact Support". 3. Choose your preferred contact channel: WhatsApp, Telegram, Support Request Form, or Callback Request. 4. Provide a detailed description of the issue. To help us resolve your issue more quickly, please include the following information: - Email address - Phone number - Workspace - Browser - Module where the issue occurred - Date and time when the issue occurred Please also attach a full-screen screenshot and, if possible, include a link to the page or object where the issue occurred.
To switch between workspaces, click the name of your current workspace in the upper-left corner of the screen. A list of all workspaces you have access to will appear. Select the desired workspace to switch to it.
To change the platform language: 1. Click on your account in the upper-right corner of the screen. 2. In the menu that opens, select "Account Settings". 3. Open the "Language" tab. 4. Choose your preferred language from the list of available options. Once selected, the platform interface language will be updated automatically.
The Upgrade message indicates that your workspace subscription has expired and needs to be renewed. If payment has already been made but the Upgrade message is still displayed, please contact the employee assigned to your company or reach out to Darlean Support. To contact Support: 1. To help resolve the issue faster, it is recommended to attach a screenshot showing the displayed message.
Yes. Click the menu icon in the upper-right corner of the Notifications window, next to the "×" icon, and select "Mark all as read".
