Boards

A board is a visual representation of tasks by status (columns) that helps you quickly gauge the amount of work and find the tasks you need. Users do not create boards manually — there are two types: personal and project boards, and they are managed differently.

Personal boards

  • Sources: My tasks (personal tasks) and Tasks from MOM (tasks from meetings).
  • Each source has two fixed sections:
    • My open tasks — all unfinished tasks (to do, in progress, in check);
    • My overdue tasks — overdue tasks.
  • A personal board is a ready-made, fixed configuration: the user cannot customize it (change statuses, columns, etc.) — it simply reflects the user's personal tasks as they are.

Project boards

  • Generated automatically for every project the user has access to.
  • These boards can be managed: custom statuses, their colors, order within a category, and hiding columns can all be configured — i.e., the workflow can be tailored to the team.
  • Management is available to the project administrator through the project settings.

Working with a board

  • The board shows columns by status, with tasks inside displayed as cards.
  • A task can be dragged between columns — this changes its status.
  • Filtering is available (e.g., by project).
  • If there are no tasks, the columns are still displayed, but empty, with a message indicating there are no tasks.
